FROM THE DESK OF AMY

Creating Next Year’s Classes:

  • We will be providing 2 hours of planning time(on a timecard) for each teacher involved in the process of creating next year's classes.

  • It will be done virtually like it was done last year. Spreadsheet of data to come. We will just do our best with data.

Report Card Information:

  • Communicate Report Card timeline and share resources with teachers 5/10/21

  • Report Cards due to principals 5/24/2021 at the latest (principals may select an earlier date at their discretion)

  • Report Cards for In-Person program students printed by teachers and provided to students on the last day of school: 5/26/21. At this time we anticipate teachers will file the cum copy; however we will provide more information as we move forward.

  • Report Cards for Virtual and Home Based students downloaded to pdf files by tech services and sent to publications 5/27-6/4

  • 6th grade report cards will be printed by office staff and placed in promotion envelope for each student

  • Please note - you will need to print a second report card for split families if requested by parent

ED Card Information:

  • Teachers will validate Ed Cards using the RUSD Elementary Report Card system by May 26, 2021. Directions on how to validate will be provided later in May.

  • Site staff will print and file Ed Cards in each student’s cumulative file. At this time we anticipate teachers will file the ed card; however we will provide more information as we move forward.
