Teachers are free to leave when they have finished on Wednesday
If you need more time beyond Wednesday just let us know so we can check back with you
UPCOMING EVENTS
Last Day of dismissal 12:35 - Grab and Go Lunch - Recess schedule is the same, you may leave with kids as long as your report cards, Ed cards and keys have been settled up with Amy. Roe and I will be walking classrooms that day. Please just make sure they are cleaned up enough so cleaners can do a deep clean. If your room needs to be painted everything needs to come off the walls and put in the middle of the room.
6th Grade Promotion 5/27 (8-10 drive through)
IMPORTANT INFO
ALL teachers, both In Person and Virtual will need to come to site to print and file report cards, check-in TEs and return keys. Virtual teachers are required to do this at their home site only. If you have students from multiple sites, you will not be completing this task at those other sites. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to Amy, Roe, or myself.
ED Cards need to be validated on the last day of school. These cannot be done the day before or the day after as they are date and time stamped and therefore need to be done on the last day of school. Office staff will print and file all ED cards.
ALL keys need to be turned into Amy and need to be labeled. You can put them in a baggie, envelope, etc with the room number on the outside if your key does not have a number tag already on it.

I will be coming to your classrooms to pick up materials you will not need next year. I only need the teacher materials and their components. Please pack all of the district issued math manipulatives in the container they came in. Any additional manipulatives are to stay in the classroom. You can leave the leveled readers sorted in baskets if you don't need the baskets.
